Scope
These terms govern the public Everyond website operated by Digitalfy LLC. They are complemented by the Legal notice, Privacy policy and Cookie policy. They do not replace a service, employment, investment or platform access agreement.
Permitted use
You may browse information and use available channels lawfully and in good faith. Provide accurate information and be authorised to share data or represent an organisation. Impersonation, unlawful or malicious content, bulk submissions, service interference and attempts to access private information are prohibited.
Submitting requests
Submission enables our team to review and handle your request. The on-screen confirmation and reference acknowledge technical receipt, not project acceptance, community admission, employment or investment approval. No specific response time is guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Keep the reference for follow-up.
Services and agreements
Scope, deliverables, price, schedule, ownership of results, support and other service terms are agreed separately. Sending a form makes no purchase or payment. Specific agreements apply to the relationships they cover, subject to mandatory law.
Applications, alliances and investment
An unsolicited application does not imply a vacancy or create employment. Interest in Alliances does not grant membership or access. A private portfolio enquiry is not an investment order, reservation or binding offer; any transaction needs its own analysis and documentation, without guaranteed returns or availability.
Submitted content and confidentiality
Share only what is necessary and what you are authorised to disclose. Do not send passwords, sensitive documents or secrets requiring a prior agreement. Personal data handling is explained in Privacy. A message does not transfer ownership of your ideas or replace a confidentiality or intellectual property agreement.
Content and links
Use of text, designs and trademarks is subject to the Legal notice and owners’ rights. External links have their own terms. Insights articles provide general information and do not replace advice tailored to a particular situation.
Availability and liability
Content may be updated and access temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security or incidents. We aim to correct reported errors without guaranteeing uninterrupted service or suitability for every decision. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or users’ mandatory rights.
Changes and enquiries
The current version is identified by its date. Changes do not retrospectively alter separate agreements or acquired rights. Contact legal@everyond.com with issues or complaints. Applicable law and competent courts are determined under relevant rules; this page does not impose a waiver of mandatory consumer protection.
